Seriously, everything lately is so in our faces its crazy! C is studying non-stop for school. He gets to school at about 8am, doesn't leave until around 10pm, and is actually remembering a lot of it! I sometimes get to quiz him off the flash cards he has, and he can literally remember every little detail, it just amazes me! But things just keep coming and we just keep going!I am extremely excited - one month from now I will be on a plane to UTAH! We are so anxious to get to see everyone and get to meet new people! By the way, my brother Derek got engaged to Jenn on Saturday! Here is a pic of her and her two kids, which means that I'm going to have 2 more cute nephews!
They are really cute aren't they? So I will get to meet them for the first time over Christmas break and although no date is set for the wedding yet (or at least I haven't been told of a date) it will probably be sometime in January (I think). I never saw it coming, but I'm so happy that Derek has finally found someone he wants to settle down with. You know how we hit a deer about two weeks ago on the way back from Portland? We hit another deer on Sunday! It probably doesn't count though...it was made out of styrofoam! As we were driving down I-96, suddenly there was this faux deer skidding on its side across the highway and we just barely tagged it, nothing big, but who would have though we'd get two deer in one season and we don't even have a tag!

Please let me know what dates you will driving in my state so I can keep my dogs locked inside. You seem to have some sort of magnetic pull for medium-sized mammals.
