So my darling husband is officially 30! It's so exciting! Since C was initially going to have class on his birthday we decided to celebrate the night before. I suprised him by taking him to dinner at the Canadian Club Terrace at the Palace and a Detroit Pistons game! The dinner was awesome and it was pretty cool to be eating right in the stadium! But the next game we go to we're definitely making it into the Ameriprise Suite, how cool would that be? It was so much fun to spend the birthday eve with C and be at a NBA game!
Then the real birthday came! Chris was sung to [repeatedly], recieved awesome packages [thanks family], and even had a good relaxing evening! I love you sweetie, it has been an incredible 3+ years with you and I'm so excited for this new decade in your life!
Saturday we were able to go to Detroit and then over to Owosso [Owosso, owosso...]. Owosso is such a cute town and it even has Curwood Castle. We definitely had a blast and loved being able to spend Valentines together! Plus, after church on Sunday we went and had dinner at the Arvoy's home - great food, amazing friends, and it made me so excited for girls camp this summer!
This week has been relatively calm around our house. I've been trying to work ahead in school and just plain work. Chris has been studying a lot. Maybe next week we'll have something incredible to report!
By the bye...don't you love how market is tanking today?
