We live at Canal Club apartments (http://www.edwardrose.com/CanalClub/) and we were lucky enough to slip into a third floor apartment with cathedral ceilings and a half-round window in the living room. This way we don't have to listen to annoying people above us running around and kids screaming (Goodbye Overman's!).
This is our living room...we just barely got the furniture (the couch we dragged from Utah) from the Service's when they moved back to Idaho. The Lov Sac is pretty nice - we wish we could keep it, but someday we'll get chairs so that we can have guests over.
Our kitchen is pretty little and it also houses the washer and dryer, but it has a dishwasher! Can I get an amen? AMEN! We have half the storage space, no pantry, and barely enough room to put our appliances, but it is worth it to have a dishwasher!
This is our dining room - an ode to the Blakes. We figure, if you could do it with just a folding table, so can we! (C is already begging me for a regular table...it might not last long)
And this is our bedroom - we have a walk-in closet! Even better than having a dishwasher! Our only complaint is that the window is facing east so the sun wakes us up when we try to sleep in. This room also doubles as C's study, so he'll be spending a lot of time in here. Isn't C cute when he's studying? I think so! It's probably a good thing that I think that too, because this is how he's going to be the next three years! Anywho, I just uploaded some more photos, so maybe I'll show you more later!

They look so roomy. Big enough for visitors! We miss you guys a lot and we hope that all is going well for you out there!
Very cool apartment. And PS--Troy and I are still using a folding table after 4 years! We even slept on an air mattress for the first six months we moved here. Ah the cheap life. Troy and I also have a blog: truthpeterson.blogspot.com. Not much, but maybe something exciting will happen to us someday!
I can't wait to come crash on the floor in front of the semi-circle window!
BTW, we are rapidly approaching our 7th couch and we haven't purchased any of them (ditto for our 3 fridges).
Looks like a great apartment!
One question: Where is the sewing room?
So... The place looks great! I hope that studying is going well C! and K, hope the job is great.
