Ever Heard of an Annoying Drunk?

I'm sorry that this and my last post are both work rants - but seriously. Some people in Lansing are just brainless.


Yesterday Delta Township had their fireworks show and people were everywhere. Lining the streets, blocking the roads, and lighting illegal fireworks off on street corners. I almost saw a woman and her child running across a busy road get hit by a truck. Absolute chaos.

Which brings me to annoying drunks. They come into the store often and they aren't shy about it. Last night there was a group of teenagers, I'm talking 16-18 years old, three sheets to the wind. You could smell it on them, they couldn't walk straight, and they were knocking down everything in sight. After they left I spent a good ten minutes following their messy trail around the store. I don't care if you're drunk and get a good buzz off it - but don't come in and stumble around the store, slur your words, and be a complete jerk. The worst part, I had to drive home with those idiots on the road. Blah!

Now that I'm done with my ranting...HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! I hope you all are out celebrating your independence and freedom! C and I were going to go to the Lansing Parade today, but I bailed out. After last night I have zero desire to be around people. We are going to go to a bbq at a friends house and then I have to work tonight. Yeah for celebrations!
