Only Twice in a Decade

Yesterday I made my second trip in a decade up to Randolph.  The last time I was up there the garage was finished and we spread out the gravel to pour cement in front of the garage and dug out portions of the house.

I am amazed by how cool the house is going to be when it is finished.  It is coming along great and I can't wait for another five years to see the finished product!  (I really can't wait, I'll be up there again soon ;)

Chris stayed home and studied while my mom and dad, Brett, and I headed up to Randolph to work on the electrical.  Here's a photo during the down time, doesn't that yellow electrical wire look professionally pulled?

Wow, you have been busy. That hike looked like so much fun! Dave and I have decided to take a trip to Chi-town again. We want you to be there too! I know what you're thinking, it's really not that far though...just a hop, skip and a jump. By the way, we won't take no for an answer:)

Fun! Is your family building a cabin or a new house? We definitely need to get together. I stay at home with my kiddos, so you tell me the best day with your schedule...I might need to bring my girls though. Take care!
