Work Fun

For work we headed over to the Kaysville SportsPlex for a tour and were able to try out some of the equipment.  The machine in the photos makes it so you have to get into wetsuit-like shorts and then air fills up the machine and it removes part of your weight while exercising.  It was such an odd feeling, but after having my gait analyzed I feel great!

I was also able to take a tour through the inside of Maria Montessori Academy, the new charter school in North Ogden for work.  The school is absolutely amazing and they have done some neat things with the building.  All the classrooms have skylights, the library has built in display area, the tilework is incredible, there will be a snowhill, and it is right next to a swimming facility.  I can't wait for it to open in over a month!
